In this course you will learn all theory and tools to understand how you can overcome your triggers, unlock your full potential and be the inspiring leader that you want to be: Session 1: Growth Mindset, Triggers, Bias and Learning Agility Session 2: Feedback Culture and Leadership style Session 3: Psychological safety and how to create it in your team Session 4: Q&A and next steps to apply your learnings in your team's context towards becoming a high performing team The course dates can be set individually, minimum number of participants is 3 people.
